Midsummer Eve Party in Cheltenham 
In spite of the rain showers, the party was lovely. We had tons of fun decorating the maypole, dancing and singing… and the food was delicious! Here’s some photos. The ones of us dancing shall remain undisclosed

You DO know that Swedes only eat herring and potatosalad (and strawberry cake for dessert) on midtsommar afton…right? And the snaps seems to be the main focus of the evening. Your dinner table looks far better though, and MUCH tastier…
There were Swedes, British, Italians, Americans and Polish. The table was not exactly Swedish orthodox midsommarafton LOL
And I’ll spare you the dancing we did… We were so ridiculous, very few knew the dances, the others improvised, but it was funny
